Mystery droplets of a clear, oily substance cover rhododendron leaves in Jerrald and Judy Phillips’ Bonny Doon garden. The drops appeared two weeks ago, but Bonny Doon is outside the apple moth spray zone, and state and county representatives have no answers. The couple asks residents who have found similar residue to call them at 425-7541.
