TONIGHT: Monterey Town Hall Meeting

Moth Spraying Opponents Take Message To Shriver-CBS

IMPORTANT: Santa Clara County--A Few Volunteers Needed This Week! The CDFA plans to put twist ties on private property in five small areas of Santa Clara County on Monday. They claim that individual homeowners may refuse entry, but do residents know this? We have a plan to let them know, and we need about ten volunteers to make it happen! If you can help Thursday evening (that's tomorrow!) or this weekend, please contact Simi Sikka at simiksikka@hotmail.com immediately!

"Secretary of Food and Agriculture A.G. Kawamura vowed the state would appeal the ruling immediately. In a statement, he said the decision was delaying "the safest, most progressive eradication program available."

After meeting with lawmakers and environmentalists, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said Thursday the state would postpone aerial sprays over the county
until Aug. 17, when further "acute testing" of the human health effects of a chemical sprayed over the central coast last year would be complete". By GARANCE BURKE The Bakersfield Californian

Laird Reaction to State Report on Health Affects from LBAM Spraying

Mike Lynberg's letter in response the unfactual and misleading OEHHA report.

Listen to an important audio clip of Mike lynberg asking Dr Joan Denton a very important question.

Mike Lynberg who compiled 643 adverse health complaints from the aerial spraying in 2007 talking with Joan E. Denton, Ph.D., Director of OEHHA during the press conference on 4/10/2008. Listen to the entire OEHHA Press Conference

"16 ounces of plutonium, if uniformly distributed, could wipe out the entire human race". So, 1oz of plutonium can kill 418 million people (USA Population: 301 million). Joan, you are wrong to say that 1 ounce is a low exposure level. 1 oz of a new untested biochemical aerial sprayed over highly populated urban areas can, will and did have a huge effect on humans and the environment!
